What is a Subscription?

Subscription is a flexible way to drive without the long-term commitment of buying or leasing. You pay an Access fee to join, then select a vehicle from our inventory. You pay a monthly subscription fee when you are driving-and you can stop payments and return it at any time.

What does my Access fee cover?

Access to the FlexRide inventory and the Service & maintenance for your vehicle.

What does my monthly subscription cover?

Use of the vehicle you choose.

Can I change Tiers?

Yes. At each 6-month rotation, you may move up or down a tier. Additional fees may apply.

Can I buy the vehicle I'm driving?

Yes. You may purchase it any time. A FlexRide Associate can assist you and a prorated portion of your Access fee may be applied.

Can I really return my vehicle at any time?

Yes. If you lose your job, move, or just don't need it anymore, you can pause your subscription at any time without penalty. Return the vehicle; resume later with no extra fees as long as there is time left in your access period. You can also cancel any time. Note: The Access fee is non-refundable.

Do I own the vehicle?

No. The vehicle title and ownership are with FlexRide-you subscribe to use the vehicle.

What vehicles are available?

Curated, late-model pre-owned vehicles-individually inspected and verified by FlexRide technicians. 

Can I reserve a vehicle?

Yes. You can hold one up to 48 hours prior to pickup.

What's included for service &maintenance?

You're covered for factory-recommended service and maintenance(e.g., oil changes, brakes, A/C) plus wear items like tires, windshield wipers, safety checks, and registration renewal. If a battery dies or a warning light appears, contact us-we'll handle it.

Do vehicles have GPS?

All vehicles may be outfitted with GPS to help protect customers and our inventory.

Are prices fixed?

Yes. Prices for Access and Levels are set and non-negotiable.

How do I qualify?

Complete the online application; most decisions arrive within one business day.

Are there eligibility requirements?

Yes:

  1. 18+ years of age.
  2. Valid driver's license held for ≥ 1 consecutive year.
  3. Maintain an auto insurance policy that meets FlexRide requirements.

What are the mileage limits?

10,000 miles/year (~833 miles/month) unless otherwise stated. Extra miles billed at10¢/mile.

Can I modify the vehicle?

No. Aftermarket installs (stereos, tint, rims, tires, etc.) are prohibited.

Who do I make my payments to?

All payments are made electronically through the FlexRide portal.
