I was looking to buy a Nissan 370z and had asked for price quotes from the Nissan Dealerships here on Oahu. Cheryl Nakamura at King Windward Nissan was professional, friendly, and quick to respond giving me a fair and reasonable price on the first try within a half hour of contact. The other guys where not as attentive and dragged their feet when it came to giving me their best out the door price. Well, needless to say I ended up purchasing my vehicle from King Windward Nissan the same day and was impressed by Cheryl and the staffs great customer service.

Cheryl was helpful on the phone and in person. She was organized, attentive and ready with answers to my questions. Everything flowed smoothly with the purchase. The financial officer was patient and helpful in explaining issues related to the waranty.

We started our search for a used vehicle with Lahela weeks before the actual purchase via email. From the start her customer service was outstanding. When a used 2008 Nissan Pathfinder showed up on the lot...she made sure that we were the first to know. Meeting Lahela, test driving the car, negotiating the sale and meeting with the finance person took us only two hours---WOW! Lahela's outstanding customer service before, during and even after the sale has truly made us happy, satisfied customers. Mahalo Lahela.

Exceptional service that was timely and made us feel comfortable and secure in our purchase. We received all the information and details we needed to make a good decision on the vehicle we wanted and the additional features we desired. Matt had informed other personnel that we were coming in that day so we were greeted at the door and were able to meet with Matt and Nashua as soon as they were available. We have purchased three cars from King Windward Nissan in the past 5 years and we have always been satisfied with the service and the way in which the entire dealership does business.

Sales process was easy and efficient. Dealer dealt honestly with me. They had the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted at a price I could afford. they answered all of my questions, and explained everything about the vehicle. The dealer provided financing at a competitive rate.

I was referred to King Windward Nissan by my son whose mother-in-law had just purchased a new Versa. Since my former vehicle (16 years old) had just expired, I decided to check out the same car for myself. I found Matt Lau (my salesman) and all the others I dealt with (forgot the names, sorry) very friendly, not pushy, and straight-forward. I appreciate that. Everyone I dealt with including credit (which I didn't use), and parts (for a special order) were extremely nice to do business with. Matt was especially kind to install my plates on my vehicle for me. I will gladly refer family and friends to this dealership for future purchases. I'll definitely be using their service department, too.

We were not pressured into anything; we were able to look around without being hassled, and not shown something we wasn't interested in. We have been pressured in the past at other dealers, and we walked away prior to making any decision at all. We were able to get in and out in one day for the purchase and follow on with the Windward Nissan has been great.
